Losing It With Jillian
Clearly Jillian is a fan and read the blog because this week
she had a much more realistic suitcase for a 5 day stay. This week’s episode can be summed up in
Jillian’s own closing remarks, “These guys haven’t lost an insane amount of weight, but they have lost weight.”
Jillian arrives in Detroit and just walks into these people’s house while they are out auditioning
to be on her show. She looks through the kitchen cabinets, makes her way to the bedroom to see the guy’s
sleep apnea mask and counts the failed attempts at buying fad diet books. Then the family returns with
the not so small family dog who acts like it has known Jillian for years and just wanders up to her on the couch.
This is not the reaction either of my dogs would have had to a STRANGER sitting on the couch as we returned from a
walk.
The
mom is a smoker, and of course the kids think it is gross. Mom swears to NEVER smoke again.
Someone is a rocket scientist and decides to bury the last cigarette in the pack. In my head, I
am picturing the mom at 3 in the morning in her pajamas with a flashlight digging up that pack in the flower bed under 3 inches
of dirt. Of course, in my head, Jillian was also mauled by the ferocious family dog.
