Alexis just can’t help but “butt in” during Sonny’s hearing. So in an effort to not be thrown in jail for contempt, Alexis officially joins Diane as co-counsel. The plan is to get Sonny out of the country if bail is revoked.  Jason, Sam and Spinelli, devise an elaborate plan that is chuck full of ridiculousness. Dante is called to the witness stand. When did this become a trial?? Johnny tries to convince Ethan to join him in the quest to break Sonny. Patrick and Robin are at odds over her continued loyalty to Sonny. Steve takes Robin out for a milkshake. Aww that’s sweet and Lisa joins Patrick at Jake’s. I think beers are a lot quicker way to infidelity than a chocolate shake. Lisa is just waiting for the moment to pounce on Patrick. Not that I blame her. It’s cliff hanger Friday and the judge returns to the courtroom prepared to announce Sonny's fate.

Johnny starts his morning with a vodka on the rocks at the Metrocourt and then has a mid day snack of Crown Royal on the rocks at the Haunted Star. Johnny is all in mobster vendetta mode; and I have to tell ya’ it is very becoming!! Johnny wants Sonny a broken man and offers Ethan the opportunity to help him. Sonny is beginning to squirm that his bail may be revoked. So he asks Jason to make plans for him to leave the country. Well that didn’t take long Sonny!! Dante is subpoenaed to testify at Sonny’s arraignment. Robin share’s her story of love, Stone Cates, and HIV in an effort to show Sonny’s compassionate side to Dante. Dante is to say the least conflicted and Patrick is furious with Robin’s interference. Sam warns Ethan that he may be sending Kristina the wrong messages. When Ethan tells Kristina that the poker lessons are over, Kristina becomes furious with Sam. Great Sam!! Now Kristina is going to go back for a beating from Kiefer. She would have been much better off having an “inappropriate” relationship with an older man!!

Sam is super thin but she looks awfully tired these days. Holy bags under the eyes!! However, I would take the bags under the eyes rather than what I got going on in my thighs. It seems the heat is off Dante for the moment and now it is time to talk sense into Johnny. Sam calls Johnny over to try and get him to stop his vendetta against Sonny. I don’t think the little chat worked. Sonny’s trial began today. Diane finally convinced him to take off his black mobster dress shirt. They originally thought they were getting a lazy federal prosecutor; but thanks to a little push from Jax the prosecutor was replaced with this woman Claire. I suppose she is really good because Diane was super stunned. Sonny pleads not guilty to murder and Claire seeks to have Sonny put in custody because he is a flight risk. Sonny can’t go to jail Claire!! Are you insane?!?

Great news there wasn’t a major accident between Maxi and Lucky! We can all rest easy. Maxi was able to swerve off the road and Lucky just hit his head on the steering wheel.  Oh and Jason didn’t throw Dante off the roof. Ethan walks into the middle of a shoot out between Max, Milo, and Johnny. What mobsters just stop shooting when someone walks by?? Just nice and kind mobsters, like Max and Milo!! Johnny is able to get away thanks to Ethan before Max and Milo are able to identify him. Johnny comes by the Haunted Star for a little blackjack; and Luke becomes a little concerned when Johnny monetarily thanks Ethan for his help on the docks. Jason tells Sonny that he is concerned that Dante is untouchable. I would like to touch Dante. Maxi helps Lucky with his boo boo and offers him some advice. My advice to Maxi is check that hair do. It looks like crap!! Nikolas asks Elizabeth if she'd be willing to take an early paternity test. Needless to say it didn’t go very well. Johnny is all amped up! He shows up at Olivia's and they make hot steamy love.  Sonny is still trying really hard to have a relationship with Dante.  After a heart to heart about Elizabeth, Jason and Lucky agree to work together to figure out who hijacked the Corinthos shipment. I like Jason and Lucky being friends.

Lucky pulls a gun on Helena and warns her to stay away from Elizabeth. Lucky tells Elizabeth that he will keep her safe. On the way home from Shady Brook, Lucky is speeding and Maxi is trying to email Kate from her cell phone. Lucky and Maxi end up either colliding or almost colliding. Not sure, we will have to wait until Monday to find out. Oprah would be very disappointed in you Maxi. She would like our cars to be a cell phone free zone. Seriously, when Oprah talks you need to listen. Olivia walks in on Carly pressing Dante to lie on the witness stand to protect Sonny. Oh no you didn’t tell my son to lie Carly!?!  Johnny is determined to get back at Sonny. He makes a move against him by hijacking one of his shipments. He ends up in a shootout with Max and Milo, and Ethan ends up walking through in the middle of it. Dante decides to get some fresh air on the roof of the hospital. Why does everyone go to the roof? And why do patients have access to the roof? Seems kind of dangerous if you ask me!! Jason just so happens to want to visit the roof at the same time. I am sure Jason is pondering the thought of hurling Dante off the rooftop, but that won’t happen.
